Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of ATLAS STATIONERY LAB™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
ATLAS STATIONERY LAB™ provides corporate stationery products including but not limited to pens, notebooks, desk accessories, and custom stationery solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to:
- Minimum order quantities as specified for each product category
- Sample approval before proceeding with full production
- Deposit payment as agreed upon order confirmation
- Final payment before shipment
- Material availability and production capacity
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are established at the time of order confirmation and must be adhered to for order processing and delivery.
Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation. Additional charges may apply for rush orders or expedited shipping.
Product Customization
Custom products are manufactured according to approved samples and specifications. Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate artwork and design files in required formats
- Verifying all details including spelling, colors, and dimensions
- Approving samples before production commences
- Understanding that color variations may occur due to material and printing limitations
Once production begins based on approved samples, changes cannot be accommodated.
Production and Delivery
Production timelines are estimates based on normal operating conditions. We strive to meet agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, manufacturing issues, or logistics disruptions.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays or damages occurring during shipping.
Quality and Defects
We maintain strict quality control procedures. However, minor variations in color, size, or finish are inherent to manufacturing processes and do not constitute defects. Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement or credit for the defective portion of the order. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and proprietary designs. By providing artwork, clients warrant that they have the right to use such materials and indemnify us against any claims of intellectual property infringement.
We retain the right to use images of completed projects for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and Returns
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving returned products in acceptable condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS STATIONERY LAB™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
